Trullo Tranquillo is set in a lush 1.5 acres of fruit and nut trees. The property was originally called Trullo Giardino (meaning garden trullo) as it was once the garden of a large nearby property.
There is a large number of almond trees as well as fig, plum, cherry, apple, pear, hazelnut, walnut, pomegranate, persimmon, olive and prickly pear. Guests are permitted to enjoy the fruits and nuts when in season.
There are plenty of places on the land to relax and enjoy the peacefulness. The hammock is in a shady spot under the fir trees and is an ideal spot for reading a book or taking a nap. Or climb the steps at the back of the trullo to the roof area and enjoy the views. The table and chairs at the front is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine.
